T Minius 2 days

I'm in Lima right now, waiting in the hotel with the rest of my fellow volunteers (not trainees!) for the buses to leave to our sites. A tense time that has been severly diluted by the presence of our brand new cell phones and three computers with internet access in the hotel. The hotel also has wireless, by the way, so I'm hanging out with my laptop. In a mere hour, we have regressed from Peace Corps Volunteers to technology-crazed U.S. consumers. It's quite disturbing.
