More Transportation Strike Fun

Just thought I'd add an interesting anecdote:

In Travis's site in Cajamarca (lots of mines and the strike is a little more intense over there) the government cut the power to his province to limit the media coverage of the strike activities that day.

Free speech is alive and well in Peru.

And so is the government's control of electricity. :)
